The homes in this age-restricted community are designed with the demographic in mind, with maintenance-free, one-story duplex villas and single-family homes. These homes will total over 800 upon completion and will feature 12 floor plans ranging from 1,217 to 2,597 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half baths, and a two- or three-car garage. The homeowner’s association (HOA) takes care of lawn and common area maintenance as well as 24-hour security.
